What I want to do is give XD a little bit of help to let it know how to align that objec. You'll notice that one of the guesses was not exactly right and that's for my little carrier signal strength here. It by default didn't scale the items, but it kept them aligned left, center, and right. For the most part XD's responsive resize did a really beautiful job. What I'll do is come on in and select the header elements and grab the little control handle here and press and drag it to the larger size. XD uses amazing intelligence with responsive resize, and in general letting it do what it wants to do is often a really good idea. I'm going to start by default by just selecting elements in resizing the. So I'll zoom in a bit so that you can see a bit better what I'm doing. Next I want to come in and resize my content. Now, I want this to be a tablet layout, so I'll rename it, and with it selected I'll come into the control panel and change the dimensions. To do that I'll go ahead and click on the phone layout, and I'm going to hit CMD- or CTRL-D to duplicate that second artboard next to the first. I have the iPhone layout and, rather than starting from scratch for the next layout - my tablet layout - I'd like to duplicate this design and just resize the elements. I'm here in Adobe XD and I'm working on a few device-specific layouts for a page I'm designing. That means you can spend more time designing, and less time tediously resizing for the screens and layouts you need. With the response of resize feature in Adobe XD, you can resize groups of objects while maintaining their placement and scalability.
